From the &#8216;layout&#8217; figure this is the module 2 below.<br \/>\n<center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kjcrr.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/mod2.png\" alt=\"Module 2\" \/><\/center><br \/>\nInstead of simply using a number of boxes to hold up the roadbed I built some bench work reusing some bi-fold panels left from replacing then with 6 panel doors. The bench work is shown in the following picture.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kjcrr.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/IMG_4943.jpg\" alt=\"benchwork\" \/><br \/>\nLike the first module the second one is also made of 2&#8243; foam on a door panel as seen in the following picture<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kjcrr.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/IMG_4944.jpg\" alt=\"Foam roadbed\" \/><br \/>\nIn using the approach that worked on my experimental track I printed out the XTrackCAD in full scale and positioned it on the foam base.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kjcrr.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/IMG_0713.jpg\" alt=\"XTrackCAD plot\" \/><br \/>\nThe XTrackCAD was transferred to the foam surface and the first Tortoise turnout installed as well as some cork roadbed.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kjcrr.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/IMG_0748.png\" alt=\"XTrackCAD transfer\" \/><br \/>\nAll five if the Tortoise motors and three turnouts have been installed, awaiting delivery of two Walther Shinahara LH #4 turnouts<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kjcrr.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/IMG_1012.png\" alt=\"Tortoise and turnouts installed\" \/><br \/>\nAfter finding a LH #4 turnout some additional track work was done<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kjcrr.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/IMG_1199-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"found turnout installed\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This module starts the long run along the east wall.
